Rebecca’s found a passion that she never realized was in her, from running a broom sweeping up the roads, to running different sized cranes while building buildings and bridges. She’s been part of some important projects: Roswell Park expansion, building the Tesla Plant, building and site renovation at UB, UB medical campus downtown, windmill Projects to name a few. In 2018, she was brought on to the Executive Board of her union (one of only a few women in leadership positions in WNY’s building trades unions). Her role and work now focus on sharing these same opportunities, and the overall benefits and impact of our unions, to the WNY community.
